From Our Farm to Your Table
WildFlower Farm and Bakery is humble little farm just north of Bemidji Minnesota. Home to Mike and Anna Lauer, their five children and a variety of barnyard animals.
This is where Anna has combined her formal profession as a pastry chef and love for farming by creating a bakery in their farmhouse kitchen.
You’ll find heritage wheat, fruits and vegetables growing, fresh eggs in the coop, cows in the meadow and bees in the hives. All share a part in producing some of the ingredients used in the bakery.
We use certified organic grains and source as many other ingredients locally as possible.
